All electronic medical reports (EMR), laboratory diagnostics, treatment records, and physician consultation notes hosted inside the Patient Portal are encrypted at-rest and in-transit. Access is restricted under strict multi-factor checks to protect patient confidentiality under HIPAA regulations and Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) policies.
2. Medical Records Consent
We do not share any patient diagnosis records with external diagnostic units or life insurance providers without explicit digital consent check-ins on our portal dashboard. You retain complete authority to cancel data synchronization with the national NDHM locker framework at any point.
3. Online Consultations & Booking Terms
Appointments booked through the booking wizard can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot. Refund processing for cancelled consults is credited back within 3-5 bank days. Video consultations require active camera consent on the telehealth application interface.

We utilize security cookies to retain Patient Portal session authorizations and text size/color settings selected on our WCAG accessibility panel. We do not run profiling cookies or third-party ad telemetry modules.
